Meet Our Founder
Xiomara Roman
Xiomara brings 20 years of leadership experience to Vibe Solar. She is passionate about interpersonal relationships, operational efficiency, and team building. Xiomara has a reputation for being a head-on problem solver, yet she can dive into complex opportunities with grace and class. Among her proudest accomplishments, Xiomara served in the U.S. Airforce and started a non-profit organization called Vibe It Forward, a charity that gives back to those within our communities. Her success is built on a philosophy of believability-weighted decision making, servant leadership, attracting top talent, and truly listening to the customer.
